Brief

CTI Digital were tasked to develop a web application to manage the marketing of retirement villages to a database of over 26,000 patrons.

Our Approach

  • To develop a bespoke web based application which includes call centre functionality where the Extracare call centre can manage callbacks, payment processing and analysis of number of calls made.
  • The web-based solution was based around Linux with the open source JBoss application server and PostgreSQL database to be provide security/stability at a cost effective rate.
  • The system allowed Extracare to allocate patrons matching a certain criteria to a sales day and automatically assign them to a timeslot on that day.
  • Full analysis on patron database displaying ages, recent activity, patron information...etc.
