CTI has in the last couple of years established itself as a cutting edge agency in Manchester. We have a number of specialist roles and have been gaining major recognition for our skills in E-Commerce.

We are looking again for a new Magento Developer to join the CTI team in our Northern Quarter office. Depending on experience you have the opportunity to lead the Magento development team.

We have a pool table, games and consoles. CTI have a relaxed atmosphere with regular nights out and a fun atmosphere in work.

Skills

The role is for a Zend developer that operates primarily in Magento. Initial workload will be on a variety of current sites using the technologies listed below. Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial to have experience in the following:

* Zend
* MySQL
* Magento
* Web development skills XHTML/CSS/AJAX/Javascript

The below are not required at all but will be an advantage if you have any experience in:

* Subversion / Git
* Continuous integration
* Apache SOLR / Lucene
* Linux scripting / admin
* A understanding of scaling web applications

Role

Your role will primarily be theming and developing Magento shops. Development maybe on pre-existing systems though a major part of the job and the role will be to develop new sites allowing lots of opportunities for creative and technical input on projects.

You will work as part of a team, be involved with clients if you wish and have the opportunity to lead projects depending on your experience. You will be working with large corporates which we can't name here and be a key member of an expanding team.
