20 million record online database offers new choice for marketers

Web Development Agency CTI Support Network has had its specialist knowledge of databases tested with the design and production of an innovative streamlined online database system capable of handling the 20 million unique records.

The database specialists have just delivered the multi-faceted site, which is geared for business use, to data handling business Consumer Contacts.

The website, designed with the marketing community in mind, features a user-friendly interface in front of a highly powerful database. The new facility will primarily supply mail and telephone lists. The site will enable businesses to pre-plan, cost up and edit lists online before purchase. Moreover, list counts and supply inquiries can be returned around instantaneously. Previous data bought is de-duped against current purchases.

The Consumer Contacts site has been integrated into the business processes of the company itself, enabling simpler systems to be adopted and in turn reducing administrative costs. These savings have been passed onto the customer and it is hoped the lower tariffs will attract smaller as well as larger clients.

Payment and retainers can be carried out online, without having to go through extra procedures with a sales dept or account manager. However, offline payment is also an option.
