Cadbury Schwepps are the world's largest confectionery company and have a strong regional
presence in beverages in the Americas and Australia.

Brief

Cadbury Schweppes require an on-line system to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of production techniques at their sites worldwide. The system must allow a set of variables to be defined for any given category of production (e.g. ‘beverages’). The individual sites will then complete a form detailing their performance on each variable. The results will be collated and presented in a reportable format for analysis which can highlight areas of inefficiency and allow steps to be taken to increase productivity at the affected sites.

Solution

We produced a web application that displayed the effectiveness of production techniques used in Cadbury Schwepps factories worldwide.
